Over the course of 4 weekly sessions, SMU Women in Tech and ISACA Singapore Chapter teamed up in providing mentorship to our members through the SheLeadsTech program.

The well-established mentors shared their firsthand experiences in tech for us to better prepare ourselves for the workforce. Learning about the setbacks they faced and how they overcame them stronger than ever inspired us to pave our own way in the industry.
Coming from multiple backgrounds and different tech careers, their guidance helped us grow confident in ourselves. Being a woman is not a hindrance; it is our power.
We would like to thank all the inspiring women who lent us their time and wisdom throughout the workshop:
From Session 1, Mary Katrina Little (Assistant Vice President, Fullerton Fund Management), Angela Wu (Director, IMDA), and Jenny Tan (Head, Group Internal Audit, CapitaLand Group and also VP of ISACA Singapore Chapter).
From Session 2, Isha Agarwal (Technology Risk Manager, YouTrip), Karen Tiong (Managing Director, Kalyn Huges Pte Ltd), and Adeline Chan (Head of ICS Framework and Strategy, Standard Chartered Bank).
From Session 3, Rasshmi Verma (Vice President, Bank of America) and Wendy Lim (Partner, KPMG).
From Session 4, Sharilyn Quek (Executive Director, Lenovo Group), Sabrina Loi (Manager, EY Singapore), and Phua Soo Ngern (Dy Operations Director, ST Engineering).
